Sheefra Blume has been coaching since 2016. It can take as little as 15 minutes to feel shifts. But honestly, you know those stories that are heavy on your heart? It is very common to completely change your relationship to that story in just 90 minutes or less. In many cases, my clients come to a session with the hardest story of their life, and after just one hour, the story has gone from being super traumatizing to being a story that is still might be sad, but that no longer has the same hold on them as before. It just becomes something that happened.

After working with hundreds of people, I have a few trick for what to do if its a difficult case. And, in case it’s just not a good fit.
